Your first step in getting back on track is awareness. There is never a time when you are not manifesting. That can be good news or bad news depending on what you are in the process of creating.

Our experience in the moment is either one of scarcity or abundance. Scarcity has us feeling constricted, less than and frustrated by life while abundance leaves us feeling connected to life and all its possibilities.

The push/pull exercise reveals, moment by moment, what path you're on; scarcity or abundance. All of us travel back and forth between scarcity and abundance many times throughout the day, yet our life takes on a profound quality when we're able to recognize the path we're on and make a course correction if we so desire.

PUSH/PULL EXERCISE
To begin the exercise simply get out two pieces of paper and on the top of one sheet write PUSHING AGAINST and on the other write BEING PULLED. You'll probably want to carry a small notebook with you . . . keep reading
