Step 2 is where you will identify what you value. When you know what you value you know yourself. When you go against what you value you fight against yourself and it's painful.

Living a life that reflects what you value brings you into integrity with yourself and what results is a joyful, purposeful and rich life. It is impossible to live a purposeful and prosperous life if your actions conflict with your values. Taking action against your values because it's something you believe you "should" do reaps nothing but despair, not only in the moment, but especially as frustration builds over time.

In this section you will gain clarity on your values. Knowing and living your values is what will make the biggest difference in the quality of your life. The exercises below will help you articulate your values.
